With a background in nursing, I understand the realities of high-pressure environments. Now, as a wellness coach and creator of the Zen Recovery Method, I help professionals recover from stress and burnout without sacrificing their careers.
In my own experience, the hardest part wasn’t just the workload—it was what followed me home. The constant mental replay, the anxiety before shifts, and the inability to fully switch off.
That experience led me to create the Zen Recovery Method—a practical, real-life approach to nervous system regulation, boundary-setting, and recovery that fits into even the busiest schedules.
I don’t teach routines that require more time or energy. I teach simple, sustainable ways to reset your system, protect your energy, and feel like yourself again—both at work and outside of it.
